I've been working on a plugin for unity to allow users to create short loops from arrangements of other loops. Seems to be working pretty well, pretty much like a low-tech version of acid. Anyways, this was a little arrangement i made as a test, and i kinda like it so i thought i'd post it here for feedback and such. Did this in garageband for a thing called victors crypt. Had this beat in my head that i just had to do something with. After i put down the drums i added sounds with synthesizers to build it up and make it a bit mysterious. I also added a flute in the middle as a break before it continues again. I combined an ambient bar crowd recording that i found here with a funky little back beat that i also found on this site and made a great cubicle noise blocker / filter. I use this at work with headphones on when i'm trying to concentrate and drown out conversations in the office. Also good for when i work from home and i'm trying to drown out the tv and other distractions. The crowd noise is excellent at diffusing regular office conversation and the little funky back beat keeps the crowd noise from getting boring. This works really well even at fairly low volume i. E.
